


MEET MOSHE

There was this one little house with paint all over the curb.
It looked forgotten, like no one had cared about it in years.
But something about it grabbed me. It was a mess. But it was potential.
That’s how I got into real estate.
Not through a big capital raise. Not by joining a firm.
Through a house most people would’ve driven past without blinking.
That one house was the start.
The start of running multi-million dollar restabilization projects and overseeing complex rental property operations.
I didn’t come from a business or finance background.
I didn’t even do well in school. But I’ve always been a learner.
I love systems. I love culture. I love education.
And I’ve always believed:
If something can be understood, it can be mastered.
EDUCATION
This belief has guided everything I do, from learning new languages to managing complex multifamily and commercial real estate projects.
Today, I invest in real estate, operate a property management company, and consult with investors around the country. I’ve worked alongside rehab crews, leasing teams, property managers, first-time buyers, and institutional-level operators.
But no matter how big or small the deal, the lesson is the same:
Deals don’t fall apart from lack of vision. They fall apart from missed details. That’s where the real work (and real success) lives.
When I’m not neck-deep in a spreadsheet or walking a property, you’ll probably find me upside down in a headstand, strumming a guitar, or writing one of the many books I’ve got brewing. I believe that discipline, creativity, and curiosity belong in everything…including real estate.
I now teach hundreds of students one-on-one within the DAASS Real Estate Academy. My graduates now own income generating properties across the country.

When your property reaches stabilization, we don’t stop. We sharpen. We identify cost-saving opportunities, reduce waste, and improve systems.
